The company Serendib International (Pvt) Ltd, was incorporated in 1992 however the core business now is the import and distribution of automotive and industrial filters to the Sri Lanka market.
A local agent imported and distributed the VIC brand of auto motive filters from Union Motors, Japan since 1980.
In 2002, when the local agent rationalised and opted out of their auto motive spare parts business, we moved in
to take over their VIC brand import and distribution rights with their trained sales and office staff.
We have made considerable progress in the 10 years that passed and our core business today is the Import and
